Yantra Yoga

Yantra Yoga (Trul Khor), also known as Tibetan Yoga, is an ancient practice utilizing dynamic movement, breathwork, and focused awareness to harmonize the body, mind, and energy, and ultimately cultivate a deeper connection to one's true nature and promote inner healing.

Important Information for Participants

Bring Your Own Yoga Mat
Mats will not be provided. Please bring your own for comfort and hygiene.

Bring a Small Blanket (Optional)
A light blanket or shawl can be helpful for final relaxation or added warmth during stillness.

Avoid Wearing Strong Scents
Please be mindful of perfume, cologne, or scented oils. Some participants may be sensitive to strong fragrances.

Arrive 10–15 Minutes Early
Give yourself time to settle in and set up before the session begins.

Wear Comfortable, Breathable Clothing
Dress in layers if needed — the temperature may shift during the session.

Silence Phones and Devices
Help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere by turning off or silencing all electronic devices.

Hydrate Before and After Class
Water is encouraged before and after, but please avoid bringing open containers into the practice area.
